In the business-to-business market, it is always the question which communication channel works best. To discover the best method, we at Arboned tested all e-mail, direct mail and telemarketing to see which was most effective. Lo and behold: telemarketing was the most effective method for us t approach new prospects.  

Pilot

Last year we started with three telemarketing agencies. SalesQ had the best results. Not only were the results the best, but also the excellent feedback. You can follow the campaign and its results daily, and you can track the costs for each appointment made. We noticed during our three way test that handling the data well isn’t a given for all telemarketing agencies.

Cooperation

Working with SalesQ means truly working together: our people could train the agents, listen in to conversations, adjust these where needed, and discuss with the agents what their feeling and experience was with the campaign. And that worked!

Prefered partner

Our sales managers now live on free-bees and sleep in their car…so to speak. SalesQ has been the preferred telemarketing partner for Arboned in 2016. Quite interesting since we almost choose for a different agency. But a surprising phone call from SalesQ, with the message: “give us part of your data and compare our results; we won’t disappoint you” made us change our choices. That attitude says it all!
