Main tasks and responsibilities:

As a B2B sales assistant you will be responsible for pre-sales. This means that you set appointments for our clients’ account managers. We mainly work for multinationals that operate in the Spanish, Portuguese and/or LATAM markets. Among our clients we have many large well known IT companies. As a B2B sales assistant, you will not only contact prospects telephonically, but will be the voice and representative of our customer and be responsible for carefully keeping the contact information up-to-date. A responsible job, which results in appreciation and satisfaction.

Skills required

  • At least Bachelor level or minimum 1 year experience in similar position
  • A social professional who thinks in terms of solutions and not problems
  • Quality awareness and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Minimum level English: Intermediate (B2)
  • Customer friendliness and a good sense of humor
  • Basic knowledge of IT is a pre and mandatory if you want to work for IT clients
