Last week, SalesQ officially received the certificates for ISO certification 27001 (Information Security) and ISO 9001 (Quality Management). We had already successfully passed the audit in April and had proven that both SalesQ's information security processes and quality management have a solid, secure structure and are well organised. These ISO certifications are of great importance, especially in light of the stricter privacy legislation (GDPR) that all companies will have to deal with from May 2018. The audit for these standards is repeated every year.

SalesQ has worked hard together with Stefan van Nifterick van Molenaar and Plasman Solutions, specialist in risk management implementation, to obtain the certifications. DNV GL performed the final audit. Rob Jansen of DNV GL: “SalesQ has demonstrated that it complies with international rules for quality and information security. Something that gives clients the reassurance that defined processes are demonstrably executed to ensure that the quality and security of the information is good."

Charley Beerman: "The entire ISO procedure makes employees more involved in business operations. Together you think about how you can work as safely and efficiently as possible. What I didn't know beforehand, but what turned out to be the case, is that ISO The main aim is to map out where the risks are, and then determine what the measures and actions are when something goes wrong."

Double Stroke: ISO 27001 & 9001

ISO 27001 is the only international standard for information security. "Information is a valuable asset for many companies. Customers who place their information with us expect it to be safe with us. ISO 9001 is used for setting up and setting up a quality management system. It gives customers the certainty that SalesQ complies with legislation and regulations and international requirements for quality management, has implemented these optimally in its policies and processes and is continuously working on improvements.
