Measures at SalesQ in connection with the coronavirus

The Coronavirus is now having an impact on everyone. Through this message we want to indicate how SalesQ deals with the current situation.

Given the nature of our services, we are fortunate to be able to run the operation normally. Where we normally do not have a policy of allowing agents to work from home, we investigate the possibilities for a home workplace on a person-by-person basis. The purpose of this is to allow people to decide for themselves whether to work from home or not. We expect this new work situation to start within a few days. The work of our agents is very intensive and it helps enormously to operate as one group and together. Yet we want to do our part in this situation and the well-being of our people comes above all else. We will therefore use various tools to continue to facilitate communication between colleagues, even if they do not work in the same room. Furthermore, we have taken various measures at the office, we no longer shake hands and we opt for a video meeting instead of a face-to-face meeting where possible.

Without exception, all current projects continue and we notice that accessibility is normal. We keep a close eye on developments and, as long as our customers want us to perform outbound and/or inbound work, we will do everything we can to continue to do so.
